Returns & Refund Policy

At Running Clothes King Run, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Returns & Refund Policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our customer service team at returns@runningclotheskingrun.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the Item(s): Ship the item(s) back to us using the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Return:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process to send back the original item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed as a separate transaction.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost from your initial order will not be included in the refunded amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@kingrun.co.uk with a description and photo of the issue.
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Sizes

  • Return Process: If you receive an item in the wrong size, you can return it within 15 days for an exchange or a refund.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces
